Yeah, not your average hero league match. So how the hell did we end up drafting this comp? Other team picks a 'meta' pick while the next pick they decide to go Murky/Abathur. Me and the Gazlowe decide "fuck it" and we both go specialist too. The last guy has no fucking idea what to pick and decides on Muradin.

So how did this end up working with this kind of comp? Dragon Shire makes specialist feel like they are gods. On Dragon Shire the objective is very hard to obtain which means if a team is going to go straight assassin they are not going to have a good time. Without a Dragon Knight they really have no pushing power. So you can basically play hide away from the enemy team while your specialist just demolish the enemy lanes. Would this work for any other map? Most likely not. There is not really another map that you can keep an enemy from obtaining an objective as effectively. This was one of the funnest games I have played, so surprising how the comp ended up like it did.

1. Get friends. High chance of being matched with voice chatting ROFLstompers, but better than nothing.
2. Go Hero League. Not a complete fix, but the prequistes to get in and the desire to fight competitively for bragging rights definitely brings in smarter, level headed players.
3. Go vs AI, where you will (should) winn every single match. Only down side is that the enemy AI does not make for very interesting gameplay, as they will constantly zone in and out of fights, ignore objectives, walk alone, never check boss, etc etc.

not much smarter. this game i had. my team spent the entire game focusing the enemy tanks and chasing lili while their assassins annihilated us. the enemy got every single boss. we had a chance to get the boss once. but instead of listening to me, they got the knight camp.

And no matter what mode you pick, choosing Abathur is like painting a giant target on your head that says "Blame me if you don't understand the game".

They should make a skin for him that makes him into a goat worm thing. Name it "Scapegoat Abathur".

On the upside, you get some hilarious moments that just aren't possible with other characters. I just slapped a Zeratul to death who had only a sliver of health left. And then when he respawned I proceeded to own his sorry ass with only a 12-stack Monstrosity.

Pretty much if i notice them being bad just set focus on that build if you are lucky they are terrible enough the other team that is that you can still have some fun during the game.

That's what I love most about Aba and Murky. Even if it's a shit game you can still have heaps of fun.

I had a game where a Nova tried to assassinate me next to a fort (no fort had fallen yet). She didn't manage to kill me, so I ran around the core so she couldn't hit me. Because of that, she tried to run away, but I just used Symbiote on the tower next to the fort and sniped her. Was so satisfying. ^^

I just had a 9-minute loading screen ending when the Sylvanas on my team finally gave up trying to join. So now I'm a game where I'm getting rolled so hard the loading screen might end up having lasted longer than the game itself will.

I didn't even try at that point. I just ran around doing my own thing. We were already 3 solid levels behind when I typed the above.

Oh, and it was my fault we lost for not doing enough hero damage as Abathur!

Cursed Hollow...my team plays amazingly...for the first 3 tributes. After that they started thinking they are gods gift to Heroes and just handed the enemy the game. As usual, moron Gazlowe takes the Robo ult and spends the game jungling. Kael'thas thinks he can 1v3 them.

Wow...I have never seen a group of wimps as bad as this one. The healers on my team just kept running away and letting us die. One point. Lili, Malf and Kael went up against Jaina and Valla. Lili and Malf, full mana and health. Ran away and let Kael die. Once the enemy was 3 levels ahead of us. I started ignoring the fights and just pushed. Playing Falstad I pushed pretty hard. We ended up winning cause their assassins couldnt handle me once i reached a certain level and killed 2 of them with one combo. Never stack near each other when vsing a Falstad. I had already pushed the entire bot lane down and we just went for the core then. Best part was, they spent the entire game harassing me.

World's best Zagara with 1550 games under her belt who has no clue what Abathur is and then proceeds to start namecalling and AFKing the match after I pointed out I was doing more damage than her. I hope these fucking cunts go die in a literal fire. These people are the reason humanity hasn't advanced to the next level of technology yet.

I don't know if you know this, but you can take ingame screenshots by pressing the "PrntScn" on the top right of your keyboard, then simply upload that clean image from to the internet straight from the game's screenshot directory (Documents>Heroes of the Storm> ImageUpload> Screenshot). No need to use a camera to take a picture of your monitor.
