Generally I find the smaller BGs more enjoyable because I feel like I can sway the tide of battle. The 40mans are boring; I'll only do AV on the CTA for the bonus honor and I will never do IoC (it's always blacklisted).

Eye of the Storm can be fun but I usually get groups that don't understand the priority and won't listen. Strand is interesting and even with a bad group can be enjoyable.

Battle for Gilneas is a good idea but poorly implemented. I think the static 3 bases just doesn't fit a 10man BG, I think the 3rd base should change between 3-4 other nodes on the map.

I love the CTF maps and Silvershard Mines is a blast. Temple of Kotmogu is very intense and enjoyable when you queue with friends, I wouldn't go in alone.

Arathi Basin is the best implementation for the 'King of the Hill' and has a great map design, it's stood the test of time as one of my favorites. It's also one of the few BGs I will queue up for alone.

I've only played Deepwind Gorge a few times but I am enjoying it so far; I like new mechanics and this one is very well done.
