    Background addons WoW?

    I was searching around online for a new action bar add-on for WoW and I found this picture with a black screen and flowers off to the side, along with the normal action bar look. What add-on creates that flower background behind the action bars? And if you do know please share. This is my first post and I hope I have the right area to be posting this.
