When was the last time we got a % discount on server transfers and/or customization?

I remember last year or maybe it was two years ago now, Blizzard did a deal where it was 50% off character server transfers and race changes. What gives? How come we haven't seen one of these in a long, long time?

Probably because the server upheaval that has been awful merges is causing enough max price server transfers to not require a price drop

Customization probably won't be till after everyone has paid to change their mains looks on the new models in WoD.
