I also vote for Alani style, I have no problem "wasting time" on grinding as long as you progress for something. Otherwise Houlon style.

Hate TLPD, especially with crappy CRZ, you hardly ever find any rare in Outland or Northrend. Unless its a dead one. And always 5-10 people camping for TLPD on my server/group.

Camping for TLPD is boring timewaste, but when you are farming shards for Alani you at least get loot and gold while doing it.

Rare mob spawning once a day with 100% chance to drop mount is way better than rare mob spawning every hour with 0.001% drop chance. IMO.
