Hello! So, I'm going to study in the UK for 2 years from september. And I want to go back to a desktop after using a laptop for the past year. I'm from Norway, and have no clue on where I should look and get parts for a custom build in the uk, I'm also quite outdated on parts, so any help is appreciated!

Around 1100 Gbp, cheaper is better.
1920x1080 resolution is enough for me.
I would like to be able to record/play games on the highest settings.
I'm studying 3D modelling, so I want atleast 16gb of ram.
United Kingdom
No parts, except headset and mouse.
Do not need OS
I need a monitor, 24 inch or bigger.

I think you might be better off pushing for an R9-290, but Kos' build is good quality, and I'm having a nightmare fitting it in the budget with your spec request, so go with Kostattoo.
