I love it how people complain about spoilers in the news on mmo-c.

Anyone know if the Bunker/War Mill bonus also increase chance for Followers to proc into higher quality levels?

"Level 2 - Opens up work orders for follower weapons and armor in exchange for garrison resources. Also, new armor transmogrification items unlock."

This shit doesn't seem to work currently. No work orders for follower equipment anywhere to be found.
