Elemental Shaman Mastery: Molten Earth

I've been looking all over the place on wowhead and other sites, and spent hours going through old posts and threads here on mmo-champ, but all i have found so far for the new ele mastery Molten Earth is that it does the following damage:

[0.36 * ((100% of Spell power) + (100% of Spell power)) / 2]

I know thats not correct, because its not a simplified equation, and it lacks mastery in the equation. Does anyone have any info on what the exact equation for its damage is? I have some data I took from the beta, but I'm horrible at figuring out equations, so i can post that if someone wants to figure out the math if there is no actual data for it.

4.5% SP per "mastery" (110 mastery rating = 1 "mastery" at level 100, and I think it's ~23 mastery rating = 1 "mastery" at level 90)
