Question Why Play Any Other Class Than A Warrior?

I mean, seriously. Warriors dominate just about everything okay. I don't get why people want to run around in gowns flicking fire and ice around when they can easily take the manliest alternative. I mean you can be a warrior, but you'll probably never be anywhere near as good as me, feel free to try though. I compete in top-notch tournaments, and I usually win, no surprises there. Anyway, play a warrior so you might be as good as me (not likely). Anyway, here's a few more reasons why I'm better than you.

The other day I ran into that exact personality and I couldn't comprehend it at the time. I just wanted to get thoughts and opinions on those type of people, and to test if the majority will read the whole post, or just read the first paragraph and then rage-post. If you made it to this point, thank you for having patience.

I also want to discuss why you chose the warrior class, whether you main one or not. Is it traditional for you? Is it the style? Are they just powerful? Thank you for reading, I look forward to reading your responses.

I chose a warrior as my first character, and a warrior will always be my main. I guess it is a mix of tradition and the fact that I love watching a hulking mass of metal mow down hoards of enemies with an oversized weapon. They're just awesome to me.

Is this what you go and do to swell up your ego when you're feeling upset?

Creative way to weed people without attention spans...

I'm a completionist myself and try out every class available. Warriors are great in groups and PvP, but I prefer a handful of other classes for solo PvE such as DK, Pally, Hunter, or Lock

    First impressions speak wonders.

I'm a shaman at heart. Warriors never really clicked for me.

My sister is the Warrior in the family. Warrior, Berserker, Barbarian, Fighter, anything where you just run in and start whacking stuff is her forté. I've always been the dark caster. So, I never really got around to really playing Warriors in games (since I often play with my sister). I enjoy the idea of Warriors, and I think they are a vital part of any healthy RPG, but never really felt the need to play one. They just need to be there.

So thank you for being there, Warrior friends.

I don't usually play a warrior. I'm mainly interested in wpvp and 1v1 pvp and warriors are traditionally bad at this with the exception of some rather short periods of time when they rock at it before they get nerfed.

With my hunter nerfed to the shithouse in WoD and warrior gladiator stance build being so awesome at 1v1, I'm gonna take a stroll on the warrior side, at least until they are nerfed again or hunters are fixed. If they get nerfed and hunters are still crap, I'll probably consider a ret paladin, they seem pretty good too just not as good as gladiator warrior.

I dont like warrior, not sure why. I'm more biased towards spell-casters myself, or in this case a mix of melee/spell in a DK.

I saw a warrior in t2 during Vanilla playing on my friends account. I wanted to be that. Only 4 years later, I made my own.

That's why I rarely play it anymore. I'll probably alt it in WoD.
Dunno what Warriors you've been running into lately...

Due to having an incredibly thick skull, hard head and neck muscle that resembles the groupies from that Jack Black game (http://i.ytimg.com/vi/YNsqeB5ClAQ/maxresdefault.jpg) the choice of Warrior was fairly obvious to me. I am perfectly equipped to headbutt the keyboard at furious speeds.

I also enjoy long walks on the beach, candle lit dinners and bladestorm the living fuck out of dress wearing girls.

I've tanked for my 10-man friends & family guild since early Wrath.
I've tanked on every single class, and tanked all of Cataclysm + the first tier of MoP on my warrior.
Drifted a bit to the Brewmaster, but am going back to warrior for Warlords.

There's nothing like charging a mob and then walloping it with a big-ass shield. My warrior is the only class I play with game sound on when I'm not raiding, just to hear the satisfying sounds of battle.

    Oh, and Bladestorm. BLADESTOOOOOOOOOOOORM!

I like melee, but personally I prefer the Rogue style game play of control and creating advantages rather than HERP DERP HULK SMASH. Though that is fun from time to time.
    1) Load the amount of weight I would deadlift onto the bench
    2) Unrack
    3) Crank out 15 reps
    4) Be ashamed of constantly skipping leg day

Yeah some people love the stealth aspect. Others like the idea of setting people on fire. And then there's those precious few who enjoy mind-controlling people off cliffs.

    UFF so close to baited!

I main warrior don't see a future without it. Rogue on the side. Two close up melee. Two totally different play styles, what more could you want.

Because then you have no healers in your raid. Doh.

No seriously, being a Warrior is nice and all but please understand that this is a team game, in almost any form of relevant content, and the team aspect comes fully into play as soon as you have a multitude of other classes that bring in their special features while at the same time profiting from what your Warrior brings. A group full of Warriors, or any single class, is naturally less effective than mixed groups. Hence the question asked here isn't even relevant.

Also I'd not scream too loud. Blizzard sees these tendencies as a sign that Warriors might be too strong, and will make sure to tone them down. It's in your best interest not to overdo it. You're no nerf resistant Mage after all.

Your rights as a consumer begin and end at the point where you choose not to consume, and not where you yourself influence the consumed goods.
