Boosted toons and FoS.

Anyone knows if a boosted toon can attain a realm-best challenge mode feat of strength?

What I am asking is if it counts like transfered toons where you transfer a toon and CANT obtain a FoS or a realm-first for 3 months.

From what I've gathered,

First, it's only 2 months not 3.
Second, it only applies to Realm "First" achievements not Realm "Best" like challenge leaderboards.
Third, it only seems to applies to Transferred Characters, no mention of the Boost service.

So I think you are in the clear.
