That should do everything you need well. I've pushed for the 4790k for the AutoCAD/render workloads, and the GTX970 is, well, simply the best high-end GPU in terms of performance/watt. The case it a liottle overkill, so you can drop that down to something like the FD R2 or something. No Optical, because those are pretty cheap if you want to get one.
