I was wondering if a little attention could be drawn to this bug report regarding how Assurance of Consequence is messing up the sacred 1 minute Elemental Totem GCD and causing issues for those of us with Primal Elementalist. The bug has been going on probably since the start of Patch 5.4 and though it will be reduced in effectiveness at level 91 and up come WoD, it will still cause this problem. This should be taken into account for future CD recovery rate/reduction improvement items to not cause the same situation.
