could it be that some of the designs/development dedicated to Titan flew into Overwatch? Because when I first saw/heard about it, I did feel like there are some parallels.

2. Possibly, the most popular theory is that during the chaotic redesign process of Titan, one of the variations of the game they flipped through was later picked back up and squeezed into a smaller project the likes of OW.
