Should level 3 profession buildings provide additional benefits?

Specifically if the profession building is same as your character.

Right now the only reason to upgrade it is 7 more work orders (at least for JC and Enchanting which I have).

Are there any other benefits that I am not aware of?

I feel like there should be some additional advantage of investing till a level 3 profession building that matches your character.

Do they also process WOs faster? If not they should.
