War Mill, Level 3; does it provide the bonus already?

I unlocked the building but would like to know if it's worth upgrading right now for a free bonus roll, or does it only provide it when raids open and the bonus roll vendor unlocks. Dont want to waste 1200 resources.

I don't think you can bonus roll in dungeons, if that's what you're asking. You've never been able to before, at any rate.

I'm about to cap resources, cause I can't spent that many, except for trading it at the trading post.

Pretty sure the only way to get Seals is from follower missions until raids open.

More interested in banking a free bonus roll every week until raid opens, which is the only perk of the level 3 warmill; if i'm not mistaken

Ok, I did the upgrade and the War Mill does give you the extra bonus roll, if others have the same question.
