For the same price as that card, you can get an R9-280X, which blows the 760 out of the water. ~$260 gets you an R9-290, which is closwe in performance to the GTX970, but is also much more power-hungry. The lowest GTX970 on Newegg is ~$330, and if you were upgrading for the 760, I'd say it's definitely worth it for newer games like FarCry 4.

I can't recommend 760 for ultra, I need SLI enabled for reliable 60 FPS. I am not sure how WoD raids perform, but 4690k is one of the best possible options. Investing in more cores is absolutely useless for WoW.

I would def get the 970/980. On the laptop the 980m destroys! I have a 860m and it runs ultra like crazy no problem at all
