Did they change the way acheivements show ingame again?

I came back for WoD and i noticed my characters in guild info show as all having different achievement points.

It's been awhile since I last played but Im pretty sure I remember that my characters all had the same achievement points showing the same number no matter of it was my main or a level 1 alt.

Also I think I remember being an option to turn this off or on....i cant seem to find it anymore?

It always showed different numbers in Guild Info, for as far as I can remember.

No. In the guild list it has always showed the Ach Points earned by your character, not earned on the whole account.
