After taxes (which are included), yes, is pretty much does. The UK conversion for pets however throws on an extra £1+; it really should be £8 if the UK wasn't being screwed. Originally Posted by Treeh

The Grinning Reaver automatically scales to the fastest riding skill known by each character. If they aren’t high enough level to use a flying mount, it will still be useable as a ground mount.(Please note flying in Draenor is not currently possible.)
