The problems with pvp arent exclusive to any bracket. They are general over all brackets in pvp.

Essentially this expansion has nothing for pvp, which is actually in a worse state than before. I didn't buy it for that reason. I let my sub slide for that reason.
If you stay in the game, do it for the pve which is pretty good. PVP is insulting.
