Question about Tank Rankings on WarcraftLogs.

First of all, i didn't know where to post this, but anyway, i recently noticed a new feature on Warcraft Logs called "Tank Rankings", it's based on something called KRSI. So, my questions are:

- Can anybody explain how this rankings work?
- What does KRSI means?
- About the %, the lower the better? the higher the better?

The TLDR version is that it's External Healing Required Per Second weighted by Resolve (tanking with higher resolve drives the values down) and tank active time (where active time is defined as getting meleed by something or in the case of the Butcher, melee or Heavy Handed).
