Just wondering if anyone else has seen this. I was exploring up on a mountain behind Khadgars tower and found Chronalis on some random path
Don't know if it's a glitch, a sign, no idea. He kind of disappears and then drops down from the sky in a glitchy way as well. He has a chat bubble like I can talk to him but he doesn't say anything.

Oh! So that is the moaning I kept hearing as I climbed up Mt. Volwrath! Must've been the NPC falling down continuously through mountain and making a dragon injury SFX.
