There is a guide in aj and it says Multistrike > Crit for ele, forgot the order of the rest.
Idk about enh.
Reroll asap > resto shaman > int > versatility/mastery > other secondaries
Elemental: Intellect > Multistrike > Crit >= Haste > Mastery > Versatility
Enhancement: Agility > Versatility > Haste> Mastery > Multistrike > Crit
Not sure about Restoration.
Are we still talking about that shaman?
Question for enhancement stat prio: why haste over mastery or crit? Haste is ok if you have lots or uptime on target (which happens in pve but hardly in PvP) but mastery makes up for bigger shock / LL damage and crit affects, melee attacks, spells and (off) heals. situationally, these two stats seem to be better than haste.

Edit Just wanted to bump this thread from yesterday. I would like to know the reason for the stat prios stated above.
Edit2: I have checked AJ and got my answer: Reduced CD of SS and 'somewhat better scaling in pvp' scenarios compared to crit/mastery. I guess more SS is useful, although if you are using offhealing alot in your gameplay, crit could be a viable option as it does affect heals.

go resto
ele gets destroyed in a sec in pvp and ench doesnt offer enough dmg and utility
PvP values. Elemental's is 100% correct even if both Multistrike and Crit are nerfed; Enhancement's I'd change around as I was using Vanguards' stat priority at the time. Now I'm using Tactics' which seems to be a lot better - Haste > Mastery > Versatility > Multistrike > Crit.

Yeah, Haste and Crit are basically equal for Elemental. It just depends on what you prefer doing.
