    Nickelback bigger than Elvis? LOL

Not a fucking chance.. They're a mid card band, that's on the down spiral already for years now.

Foo Fighters have a potential to be one of the greatest of all time. Grohl is an entrepreneur genius.
But Nckelback.... They might consider themselves lucky if they're allowed to be the opening act for U2, or the Stones.
There I've just named the top 3....
    Let me complete it.

    1. Rolling Stones
    2. U2
    3. Foo Fighters
    4. AC/DC

Those are the current top 4 bands on the planet. With the top 2 are virtually untouchable due to their legacy.
The only one act that could take the number 1 spot, is a band that has no motivation to do so anymore.... Led Zeppelin.
They simply don't wanna get back into the wheel....
Doesn't change the fact, that they very well could take the top spot at will.
Their 2007 concert set world records. 20 million ticket requests for a single venue event, is probably more tickets than Nickelback sold in their entire carrier.

It's possible, I mean none of them have died, you have to remember Elvis being dead probably drove up record sales too!

You don't need to be sorry. Like what ever god damn music you like!
Reminds me of the cheesy hair metal bands from the 80s.

I like some Nickelback songs sometimes. There are many other groups/artists I enjoy much more consistently, however. I think it's just popular to hate them because people like to be hipsters to make themselves feel like they're more cultured than the majority.

And by all means they aren't contenders for the best band or anything, but they aren't as pure awful garbage dogshit as everyone makes them out to be. They wouldn't sell if they were that bad.

Individually, I doubt they'll ever get larger. Elvis was ~260lbs at his death, and much heavier before. I don't think any member of Nickelback will be bigger than Elvis was. Combined, sure, they're probably bigger now.

Others sold that many with one album alone... Or more...
You need to fact check a bit.
    Here's a little glance.....

    Michael Jackson - Thriller - 42.2 mio
    Eagles - Greatest Hits (71-75) 32.2 mio
    Fleetwood Mac - Rumours - 27.9
    AC/DC - Back in Black - 25.9
Pink Floyd - Dark Side of the Moon - 23 mio

There are heaps more in the 20 mio range...
Again, Nickelback is a mid card band.... They're literally has beens

Elvis sold 134 Million and he was a 42 when he died, his first album dropped in 56, and his last album was in the late 70s, if you consider his death probably has a lot to do with his sales, I say Nickelback has a chance they are at 23 million right now.

Nickleback is okay. I like Rockstar but most of there stuff is generic and unremarkable.

They won't beat the King though.

It would be... cause it would be the first generation, that doesn't know how to properly spell their defining band's name hahahaha

They still sell well around the world, and you have to remember YouTube and distribution has changed, to get that kind of penetration, in sales is tough, not accounting for digital downloads either.

But based on Albums sold, they could do it in the next 10 years.

The only thing I seen happening at a Nickelback concert was people having a good time, anywhere they play people seem to go crazy for tickets!

Yes they could do it, but it's not particularly likely.
