    3rd upgrade ilvl 670

    Noticed today the shoulders I upgraded are showing as 670, is this correct or is my tooltip mod playing silly buggers? Did I miss a patch note? Upgrade item says it should be 665

    yes you missed some hot fix notes from a month or so ago.
