New accounts get instantly banned on university network?

I'm trying to make a rift account on my uni network but I get banned instantly? I can play other game fine though

Get in touch with Trion support to see what they say (I think you can send them an email even without an account). The only thing I can imagine is that for some reason your uni has a single IP which somehow has been flagged by Trion for bans (not sure if this is even something they do).

Sounds strange.
