PVE: TG / SMF dilemma .. Ilv 660

3500 CP I have and can choose between taking two 1H 660 weapons or one 2H 660 weapon.

I currently have a 647 2H weapon so question is should I go TG 647/660 with unyielding strikes and have a stronger Arms offspec?

Or, just go 660/660 SMF ?

Considerations: increased stamina from TG always good. Good chance of picking a 2H heroic (670) weapon this week. Since at higher ilv TG > SMF, my two 660 1H likely to be replaced quickly with 2H drop off koragh and Imp anyways? If not, 660/647 TG vs 660/660 SMF maybe on par?
