Why do they not just make it deal more damage the more targets it hits. So on single target it would never replace flay, on 2-5 say you would dot for max dps, but then we actually have something to cast on 6+ mobs rather than just halo and afk for 40s.

lol @ halo. With the way everything is all bunched together in WoD, my butt clenches every time I cast it.

I always thought having insanity also affect mind sear to be a good idea as it is not like you could do it 100% of the time anyway.
