Frost leveling priority

A friend of mine recently joined WoW and picked mage, going Frost. I want to help them, but haven't leveled a mage since Cata. They said they've gotten a bit of harassment for basically being a new player, and while I can help with the general WoW basics, what is the general rotation/priority I should advise them to use before they get all the big cd's/talents?

Spam frostbolt, use Ice Lance when you have Fingers of Frost procs, use Frostfire Bolt when you have Brain Freeze procs. That's about it outside of cooldowns, it's a pretty simple spec for spell priorities, all the complexity comes from managing cooldowns. The only talents that really affect your spell priorities are the level 75, 90, and 100 talents. For glyphs, Splitting Ice and Icy Veins are the important ones, Cone of Cold can be good for leveling, but the 3rd is really up to the player in most cases (Rapid Displacement is great for raiding - 2 charges of Blink).
