I'm no MLG mythic monk, but where are you placing your MW monk on H Butcher attempts? they're going to excel a lot more if they're clumped in with the melee group running RJW while their group is eating cleaves.
He seems to be casting soothing mists way too much on fights where it should rarely be used, and not getting the most out of renewing mist charges to get more Uplift healing.
Summary:
- Make sure your MW monk is in with the melee cleave group, Rushing Jade Wind will up his healing done by a very, very large margin but they need to learn how to use it without going OOM within 10 seconds lol.
- Don't use Soothing mists all the time, it should never be your #1 heal on any fight, Uplift & Revival should be.
- I personally, would drop healing elixirs.. most often dampen harm or diffuse magic is better. In the case of H Butcher, i go dampen harm to mitigate his cleaves.
Half of his Soothing Mists channeling is directed at your druid tank, yet you have 2 holy paladins in your raid comp. He should never have to look at your tanks with two beacons and holy paladins backing them up. The exception can be during his berserk phase you can drop a cocoon on them if they need some extra mitigation.
