Haste deflation - actually a nerf to Haste dependant classes?

just out of pure curiosity i hear a lot about enh, but did the haste change did anything to change it worth for eles ?

Other than reduce thir cast times, no. Ele does not benefit much from haste, rather multistrike and mastery.

While Multistrike is our best scaling stat, Haste and Crit were very close for #2 with mastery a fairly distant fourth. This change pushed Haste to clearly stronger than Crit (but not significantly enough that crit is "bad").

"Clearly stronger" being slightly stronger on 1 target and inferior when aoe'ing?
