The Documentaries thread

Since I was kind of inspired by the Japanese history documentary thread I would like to make a general documentary thread where you post some of the more interesting documentaries that you have seen. What are some good documentaries to watch and where to go?

I really liked Jiro Dreams of Sushi, it's on netflix. Be warned that I don't remember any English the whole movie was subbed.

I'd recommend the following:

-Inside job
-The House I live In (on netflix).

Both pretty shocking documentaries.
