Follower ilvl

Hello, so im wondering if its any point in keeping followers below 645ilvl.
Atm i have 17 at 645+ and ive kept 2 at 600, 2 at 615, 2 at 630. (2 are working). Should i upgrade those aswell or does the 600-630 missions dissapear?

missions rng is additive regarding follower's ilvl
so, yes, you can upgrade them all to 655 and still get 600-630 missions
