Dissention (DN) - Gnomeregan

Dissention is the core group of raiders formerly from Power Shift, the previous top guild Gnomeregan, some of whom have been raiding together for over 3 years. We're Looking to bring some more raid competition to Gnomeregan/Moonrunner and have fun while doing so.

After 3 and a half months of being reformed we full cleared H SoO prior to the introduction of Mythic raids, having to enlist the help of pugs the entire way. Now that we've reestablished ourselves as a competitive guild we're looking to fill out our core team with strong, capable raiders; we have immediate spots for most roles for our 20 man Mythic team in WoD and beyond!

Raid Schedule

Tuesday 5pm-8:30pm PST (8pm-11:30pm EST)
Wednesday 5pm-8:30pm PST (8pm-11:30pm EST)
Thursday 5pm-8:30pm PST (8pm-11:30pm EST)


During the early weeks of progression Monday will be an Optional day if agreed upon by all raiders.

Expectations

100% raid attendance unless an absence is specified in advance or an emergency
Playing to near optimal while also avoiding massive damage intake and death
Show up on time and ready to pull which entails:
Having flasks and food prior to raid
Showing up minimum 5 minutes before raid time and joining Mumble
Having at least basic knowledge of the encounters we will be pulling
Having an open mind and open ears, we need you to listen to instruction
Players that under perform will be replaced if they are hindering the progress of the group
