IIRC, UM is superior for single-target than AoE, though SN is significantly better for single-target, so it's a pretty trash talent regardless.
Definitely stick to NT, though as others said, you should just roll Fire (or hell, even Frost. This fight is terrible for Arcane)Still wondering why I play this game.
I'm a Rogue and I also made a spreadsheet for the Order Hall that is updated for BfA.
