    No,

Not every guild raiding Mythic is "competitive" they are not aimed at "hardcore players" they are a difficulty setting aimed at more skilled players. Mythic needs a 10 man because there is a massive spectrum of guilds right now that previously cleared Heroic (old normal) content and then partially cleared Mythic (old heroic) before new tiers.

If your guild has less than 20 players and you clear Hard mode in the first month of a tier and there is another difficulty setting to progress to you should be able to progress to it without figuring out how to increase your roster. Not making that possible through flex or smaller raid sizes at the mythic level is where the problem is.

It's been stated several times in this thread. Blizzard had a year of feedback from people saying what all the people who want 10 man mythic in this thread are saying. They went through with it anyway, mostly saying that they gave plenty of notice and people had 12+ months to prepare.

You were in a 10 man guild in MoP and really wanted to keep heroic (mythic) raiding? There are things you could do, or should have done, to continue doing the highest level of content.

It sucks to have something "taken away" but Blizzard gave plenty of time to prepare and gave their reasons why they'd much rather keep the highest difficulty one size.

What about guilds that have 30 players and they clear heroic, they should have the same access, right?

So now you're balancing the most difficult content, the "premiere" end-game content, for 10, 11, 12,.....28, 29, 30 players. If Blizzard acknowledged they couldn't balance 10 and 25 how can we possibly expect them to be able to balance 21 raid sizes?

Who knows maybe they will do something for "previous tier" flex mythic, but there's no way they should bring 10/flex into current mythic content.

Yes flex everything. Like I said before who really cares if top 100 guilds flex to the idea sizes for world firsts they do crazier stuff. Balance it for 20 but let is flex for when you have more or less people.
