Arcane/Fire tier set bonus vs ilvl

@Wilderness I think what Invrlose was trying to say was that Frosts tier bonuses are useless instead of the spec being useless [and I'd mostly agree, Frost tier should be buffed]. Or at least the spec could get a small overall buff to account for a weak tier bonus and the MI nerf.

Ah, you're right - I quoted the wrong post. Meant to reply to the guy who said frost was becoming a thing of the past. Oh well. Frost's bonuses are not nearly as good as Arcane and Fire, that's true.
