LF Addon to display Mouseover Absorb Remaining

I recently changed mains to a Disc Priest, and one thing that I would really like to see is the remaining amount of absorb left on my mouseover target.

Are there any add-on that support this type of thing?

I should mention that I use ElvUI as my raid frames. I did see on Curse an addon for Grid.

I tried searching for this, but it returned a lot of threads (I could be bad at using search).

I'm not sure about mouseovers, but with VuhDo, you can configure it to show total absorbs on all raid frames. (counts ALL absorbs, PWS, CoW, DA, even other class abilities like ice barrier)

    Looks like this:

    See signature for guide!

I don't know if it's possible to add it on mouseover, but you can atleast add the absorb number on your raid frames by going to your raid frames, adding a new "custom text" and adding [absorbs] in the text format. It's what I use, and together with a weakaura to track the strength of Clarity of Will on the people I've cast it on, I feel like I got everything I need to manage my shields properly.

Would you mind providing the WeakAura? CoW is mostly why I want this.

It's from the howtopriest weakauras thread, can't remember exactly who posted it, but they made an amazing job!

It is a bit wonky with xrealms, since it gets pretty filled with text, but you can just extend it as you please!

So I put this on and tested it out today -- and what I see is the name, and then a % -- what is the % value?

I was expecting a numerical value (i.e. you have 81,870 shield left)

CoW has a limit to 75% of your health. The % value is how strong the shield is compared to your health. For example, if you have 100k health and shield someone for 30k, the WA will say 40%, since 30k is 40% of 75k.

Thanks Eip -- I was not aware of that. I appreciate all your help.
