BOA token missions

were they implemented for sure? I know ptr.wowhead didn't have any data on the missions themselves prior to patch just a guide stating that the datamined tokens would be implemented. anyone gotten one? if so what was the ilvl requirement for the mission?

I got a boa ring, but it wasn't from a mission. It was from the random heroic bag.

they stated 630 (only 630 ? not 615/645 ?) mission gear tokens would become BoA - have they ? only new ones or pre 6.1 ones as well ?
