With Manning being hurt and pretty much 100% sure retiring and Osweiller being a free agent at the end of the year suddenly a bleak picture at QB in Denver. Osweiller will command some decent cash in the off season, and is Denver really willing to tie themselves down to what they've seen the past 3 games (zero second half points)?

If Osweiller is going to have a breakthrough game now, against the Bengals and AJ McCarron, is the time. He could set a lot of minds at ease.
The game will be one of two things.

Either the most boring Monday night game this year with the final score being 9-6 or an awakening game for Brock Lobster and Vernon Davis.

Eifert is probably going to be on concussion protocall until the postseason. I've already come to terms with the first round being Pitt Vs Cincy.

I'm all for Devon Still continuing his career, but why would the Broncos even be remotely interested in him with their front seven right now?

Denver's front 7 has like 2 linemen and Von Miller as free agents next season and they'll have the question every off season if Ware is going to retire or lose a step. Unlikely they'll be able to bring everyone back, so they can use any good depth players they can, I think.

There's also always the matter of signing players to futures contracts for next season. They only have 53 + 10 players right now, so getting those talented players that didn't make a team this year or were hurt and released this year are vital to getting the 90 man that will be in training camp eventually. Season is almost over so the time to start working on next year's roster is slowly starting to gain steam.

And don't think too lightly about that process. Patriots signed Dion Lewis to just such a futures contract last year, and look at what he did (till he got hurt ).

Ware is likely gone and Mailk Jackson is gonna get a Pro Bowl contract because he played like a Pro Bowler. We're gonna be thin on Dline, we already are really.

The Broncos organization is really unhappy with the lack of suspension or any sanctions for Cody Wallace. $23k fine is really not enough. They're still tweeting about it.

Brett farve made another commercial poking fun of coming out of retirement for the nth time. I love it.

I'd be "unhappy" too. Nothing different from when OBJ launched himself at Norman aside from 100 more pounds of weight flying at you.

Was he even flagged for that?

According to this tweet, Steve Smith has just started walking in a boot from his achilies injury. "Double ruptured and off the bone." He's unsure about 2016, but that seems really really difficult to come back from at his age.

Woodson to play his last home game tonight, talk that he could be used in a receiver role or as punt returner.

While I always enjoy beating the Chargers, seeing Sir Charles get a touchdown would make my Christmas.

Oh shit, I had not seen that. I would say that is worse than the OBJ/Norman hit, that coming from a huge Panther fan.

If they're gonna slap on the wrist taking a guy's helmet off and then using it to bash him in the head, why expect any reasonable discipline ever?

Drew Brees is saying all the same things about playing through this injury that he said last time, but last time they had a backup QB they trusted so I think he suits up. He is sort of playing for his job, if they fire Loomis and Payton leaves then I figure the new regime would want to move on rather than take the $30 mil cap hit or extend him.

Did we just get a correct penalty against us overturned?

    Must be Christmas.

    - - - Updated - - -

Murray 5 yards from a 1,000 yard rushing season.

Crabtree honing on a 1,000 yard receiving season.

Carr and Mack just short of franchise records for TD and sacks respectively.

They've had 3 or 4 of those this season

They never go anywhere but take forever to finish.
