"Can't remember that game" thread

Probably had these before, but figured I'd give it a crack. Pretty simple, if you can't quite remember the name of that game you used to play, post here and perhaps someone might also know the game in question!

I'll kick us off~

I've been thinking about this one for a while, but can't remember the name to save my life.

It was a PC game around 1999 or so. I unfortunately only remember a few details. It was mostly about (From what I remember) looking after this little purple gremlin type guy. I seem to remember he hatched from an egg. There is a pretty good chance I didn't fully play the game right as I was pretty young at the time. The CD box also came with a little plush of the purple gremlin.

I know that's not a great amount of detail, but if anyone has any ideas, that'd be great!
