    The EULA has to be presented for review prior to the purchase. Otherwise it's legally invalid. Next to that, the contents of any EULA are subordinate to law. For example Dutch law requires the conditions stated in any EULA to be reasonably onerous. If a condition isn't reasonably onerous the consumer is free to annul said condition.

    i think fire emblem probably has more. Anyways even if its done by a 3rd party nintendo always has a hands on supervisor overlooking everything. Even though i never got the hyrule warriors dlc it seemed very reasonable.. character + skin/weapon + map in each pack (excluding boss pack)
