Help our healers!

Hello there! Long time lurker (since vanilla!), first time poster.

We've been having some trouble with our healers recently (we feel that there is not enough troughput in a general sense). Unfortunately i'm not quite qualified enough to know what they're doing wrong (or if they're even doing something wrong), so I tought I'd ask you guys for some insight.

I'd love to know what you guys think about our two holy paladins (if you happen to know stuff about discpriests too, that would be awesome!), or what they should do differently to get higher troughput.

I know that the healing setup isn't quite optimal with 2 holy paladins and 1 disc priest, we usually run with either a resto druid or holy priest instead of the 2nd paladin.
