Divine Storm and Trinket proc

Hey there! Anyone know if on fights like Hanz'gar and Franzok its worthwhile to use divine storm when my trinket has procced (hc Horn) instead of final verdict cause of Hand of light?

If both are in range:
FV + EDSFV = 240% + 240%x2 = ~720% wep damage
FV + DSFV = 240% + 160%x2 = ~560% wd
FV + FV = 240% + 240% = 480% wd
DS + DS = 80%x2 + 80%x2 = ~320% wd

If both are in range it is better to weave FV and DS. HoL boosts the damage, so whichever is top damage before HoL will also be top damage with HoL.

At 4+ targets, spamming DS instead of weaving is still weaker, but proportionately less weak.
