Does it work? Yes.
Is it worth the FoL for a 10% increase heal? Not really.

If you had to FoL someone to keep them alive and were stacked and in an ideal position to use HR, sure, use HR on the person you used FoL on, other than that it's pretty pointless.

Glyph of FoL tends to be pretty crappy overall. The 10% boost isn't worth the FoL cast.

it's a decent little combo but situational at best, very few instances would you do it but there's nothing wrong with a FoL>HR or FoL>Daybreak HS if the situation presents itself.
