If you're tired of playing with 100+ ping, I would recommend switching to LAN servers. I get 20 ping there and the game is so much more smooth overall.

Server is located in Miami so it makes since why you have a faster ping.

Flip side, I would go out on a limb and say most of our Spanish is basic level and not good enough for fluent communication.

It's a cool way for riot to sap the money from their east coast users, the xfer costs a lot of RP.

The ping is nice but after a while it gets boring not to be able to talk to your teammates or play with friends.
