yeah, some people have complained pretty loudly about these changes but the destro PVP set redesign dramatically improves non-chaos bolt damage which I think makes them seriously viable in 3s

the current destro meta seems to be sac pet and sell out for the biggest bolts possible, but any half decent team will counter you insanely hard, making you worthless

i've been running terrorguard and actually doing more damage overall, because my incinerates aren't worthless. can you own someone 100-0 in two chaos bolts still? no. but if you get stunned during your bolt spam it also doesn't mean the end of the match either
