Housing market in my area is a mess. Used to be super cheap, until everyone from cali, oregon, and seattle started moving in. home prices have gone up $125,000 each year since 2020 and wont be slowing down anytime soon. Only a 1% apartment vacancy in the area, if you can even afford one.

It was cheaper for us to get into a new build than to buy an old crappy house, because of the bidding wars. The value of our house increased by $10,000 in one month, and it was still only framed, and 4 months out from being finished.

I hardly ever play games ever still. But that's mostly because I've "fallen out" (gotten out of phase, they're on to bigger and better things) with friends. Playing games with friends is literally the most fun I have ever... If ever you question it just add me to disc or steam and I'll laugh your ears off.

I’m glad for you! Congrats! The market has been absolutely nuts; yesterday was the night we viewed houses, and before we even got there, two had sold and we had to cancel the showings.

They accepted our offer - we’re just waiting for their signature on the contract. It’s still months to close, but it’s such a great deal.

We went though a realtor. The highest offer on my dad's house was 50k over asking.

I downloaded a song replacer for FnF and my pc said it was an Ulthar Trojan.

You can tell if you’re absolutely sure of the source and safety of the file. Otherwise it’s probably right.

How trustworthy is the source of what you downloaded? If there's numerous positive feedback, I would feel better about it... but if it's from a random website, I would just immediately delete it, personally.

Could always upload the suspicious file to VirusTotal, which will have 50+ different virus scanners look at it. Is it just one source saying it's a trojan, or 90%+? That said, I'm particularly paranoid about torrenting/altering video games, so I'd probably be more quick to delete the thing than you are.
