I saw some deer in the mountains when I went dirt biking a few days ago. When I lived in Alaska we used to have bear and moose living in our back yard.
In my hometown, deer were a pretty big issue. It was always hard to keep them from eating our gardens. Where I am now, it's not uncommon to see them, but we still get more chickens and cats than we do deer.
