I am still struggling with fear while cycling. I was hoping that would end by now but I keep panicking inside when I see cars get too close or when I come to intersections that don't have easy-to-see cross traffic. *sigh*

Dude....it wasn't a few minutues ago you had "30 minute traffcic warning". Meaning that you hav a fantastic opportunity to line up for a exciting race.

One day I'm sure it will. Only option is to keep pushing through, and to bike more defensively than I used to. I mean, I was never one to take serious risks - I always slow/stop at red lights to verify traffic is clear; I don't just breeze through and leave it up to fate. I regularly slowed when I saw cars at or approaching stop signs or getting ready to turn into traffic or across it, just in case. But I can be more defensive, I think.

Might be formation lap talking points... This is what I mean when it comes to difficulties of organazing the talking points off of F1 for a weekend, so much that doesn't reach the pundits of F1.
