I mean, it is sort of hard to take anything you say on Re:Zero seriously when it took you 4 attempts and a dub to even understand it.

Maybe just not for you, as Selastan said then /shrug
It certainly isn't a bad isekai, though.
That's what I am thinking. Or at least I just have not been in the mood for that type of anime lately. I mean, I do love Eva and Madoka Magica but not sure I really want to watch either again. These days I turn to anime mostly for two things; comfy, feel good series and fun, over the top shounen action. A series where I see the word "suffering" used to describe it all the time probably just isn't in my interest right now. I get enough of that in the real world.
So, following on from this, a few more anime.
SK8 the Infinity/SK∞ - A little bit edgy, but a perfectly enjoyable watch. Made more enjoyable by the good animation from Bones, some quality sound design, and expressive characters. Probably the only skateboarding anime I've seen, can't think of any others off the top of my head, at least. It brings Air Gear to mind, as the closest thing I can think of.
Kai Byoui Ramune - Definitely on the more puerile side of comedy. The 2nd episode's title is about someone's penis becoming a fishcake, after all. If you want a bit of trash to watch, this is probably it.
Mushoku Tensei: Isekai Ittara Honki Dasu - The daddy of Isekai makes its appearance, and what an appearance it was. The first anime from Studio Bind, and they've basically given you a movie quality first episode. Great animation, great CG, great sound design, great effects. Just great. Watch it.
Kemono Jihen - I'm probably a bit biased on this one, because I enjoy the manga, but that also means I know what is coming. As such, the censorship makes me a little sad. Doesn't really bode well for certain future events. That said, it looked fine. It has Suwabe. Hopefully it'll be good.
Back Arrow - Every season has to have a mecha anime, right? Well, here it is. I couldn't really even tell you what I watched, and that isn't necessarily in a bad way. Kazuki Nakashima has written the script and has done the composition, so this could be a nutty ride. He's the creator of things like Kill la Kill, BNA, and Promare, among other things. He also worked heavily on TTGL. Have to see how it goes, for now.
Jaku-Chara Tomozaki-kun - I'm pretty sure this is anime's attempt at telling incels to get a grip and do something about their lives. It looked ok, if nothing else. Probably not something that is high up on the list of things to stick with each week, but I'll no doubt finish it. Eventually.
Kumo desu ga, Nani ka? - Another isekai anime. This time, the MC is a spider. The majority of the episode was just Aoi Yuuki having a lot of fun with the character, and it very clearly showed through. When we moved on to another part of the world, it added more to the story, certain things that I certainly didn't expect. It moves and sounds great. My one issue was very minor, that was just a little too much CG in the cave. The ED was a very hectic, but fun, affair.
2.43: Seiin Koukou Danshi Volley-bu - High school volleyball anime! A more serious affair than I'd expect from Haikyuu!, but nonetheless something I enjoyed watching. David Production are the studio behind it, so it has a certain quality people probably expect from them. Nice art, nice animation, nice sound. Could be a fun watch. But I'm also a sucker for a sport anime /shrug
Tenchi Souzou Design-bu - Actually pretty fun. Even taught me some random stuff about animals. The art/designs are incredibly clean. It has some OK comedy. I'll for sure be watching this weekly, I think.
Other than that, Urasekai Picnic was just as good this week as it was last week, its got a pretty solid atmosphere. And it introduced a sleepy computer girl, those are always fun. And Last Dungeon was again carried by pure comedy this week. Two more anime I'll certainly watch each week.
Forgot the 2 shows I've dropped already.
Project Scard: Praeter no Kizu - The newest garbage from GoHands. I wish I could unravel why they keep making things.
Ore dake Haireru Kakushi Dungeon - More garbage. Literally "I have this great and rare ability that gives me crazy bad headaches when I use it. Thankfully, my childhood friend who happens to have big tits that bounce around learns that my headaches might be lessened with kissing, so we kiss a lot." Traaaaaash.

Wonder Egg Priority -- wtf did i just watch? --- but yeah that is horror of some weird type
Couple more anime, hopefully the last of the new season at this rate....
Idoly Pride - Obviously, an idol anime. Not something I watch super often, but this can be the season's exception. It was presented and directed quite nicely. Had something everyone should see coming from the start, but there is also something that I think nobody would expect of an idol series. Think I'll actually stick with this.
Wonder Egg Priority - Definitely one of my favourite opening episodes of the season. It looks beautiful, sounds fantastic, and had a premise that absolutely intrigued me by the end. The characters are well designed and I look forward to seeing how the story evolves over the weeks. 100% something I'll look forward to each week, for now.
Redo of Healer -- what is the point of puting a warning at start of ep if you end up cenzoring it....
Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table -- database database just living in database
The Seven Deadly Sins: Dragon's Judgement -- they put more animation at the end of ep than whole episode...
Log Horizon: Destruction of the Round Table -- Contrary to what I thought would happen (from hearing the name of the arc years ago), it seems this destruction is coming from the inside as Eins doesn't have any confidence of getting his way through Akiba's current governing system. He seems to favor a socialist approach, while others do not seem to interested in that. Looking forward to new episodes.
At long last, Knights of Sidonia S3 is coming... as a movie, not a season. Whatever. It's been 5 years since it was announced. I had given up hope, but it's coming!
Hell yeah, I thought that series was canned. Nice!
The Hidden Dungeon Only I Can Enter ep 2 --- man this show is almost hentai :P
Spider Isekai episode 2
Welp, Fei has just become character of the season for me. I think I said this before in regards to Ayame from Fruits Basket, but it's just really relatable to me. You were a teenager. You thought your were being so cool, so witty... and then, years later, you come to realize what an asshole you were, wishing you could go back and time and do things differently, and you wish you never do that again. Really hope Fei gets a chance to reconcile with spider girl. Really hope Fei gets more screentime.
I keep shouting at Spider MC to cling to the walls. That's your greatest advantage! Also, get out of that cave!
MHA chapter 297

Episodes 15 and 16 were really funny, haven't laughed that much in a while
That moment when you see 2 dick episodes in single day. (from 2 different anime)
